Rah Ali might be a name you recognize, and it might not be a name you recognize. Perhaps you would do better to hear her name as Rashidah Ali; reality television star and shoe consultant? She’s one of the stars of Love & Hip Hop New York and she has a job as a shoe consultant. She loves her job, she loves being a star and she loves the fact that she can do as she pleases and that she has no ties to any of the men or women on her reality show. Since the female cast on the show typically has some sort of romantic relationship with a rapper, fans were confused when she was introduced in the show’s latest season, and people want to get to know more about Rah Ali.
She’s Not Someone You Want to Mess With
Charges were dropped since the incident, but back in 2011 Rah Ali was accused of getting into a massive fight with a bouncer at a club. She was accused of slashing open his face and sending him to the hospital with serious injuries before he decided not to press charges against her. I don’t want to meet her in a back alley; or a night club.
She Doesn’t Go By Rah Ali Much
It might be her nickname from her given name, but Rah Ali does not go with this name very often. We’ve never heard anyone call her by the name she claims she goes by, but she is adamant that her real nickname and the name she answers to more often than not is actually “Blinged Out Bombshell,” and that this is what she goes by. We’ve yet to hear anyone refer to her by this name, ever, but the day is still young, right?
She’s A Professional Reality Star
Really, it was only a matter of time before Rah Ali became a regular member on reality television. After all, she was an appearance-maker on several other reality shows in the past. She’s made her way through the circuit and finally found herself a reoccurring role. She was on the Atlanta housewives franchise as well as Basketball Wives, though we don’t know exactly what she was doing on that one.
She’s a Shoe-Aholic
When she was only 23, Rah Ali decided she would open up a few shoe stores. She opened some in Atlanta and New York City, and she had a long list of celebrity clients. In fact, she would sell shoes and choose styles for celebs such as Alicia Keys as well as the Kardashian family. If that doesn’t make her a shoe consultant to the stars, nothing does.
She Does A Little of Everything
She has a shoe business, and Rah Ali has another business. She also owns something called 5 Approved, which is a promotional and artist development company. Do not ask us what that means. All we know is she owns it and she does something there that has to do with promotions and with artist development. Again, we have no idea what that even begins to mean.
